So, I like rain... but this is just too much.
What is it? 26 days in a row of rain? And I've only been back for 12 days. 12 very wet days.
I actually went to bed last night at about eleven, and that extra two-ish hours of sleep, while nice in theory, don't seem to be affecting me. I'm still tired like whoah.
Class today was pretty excellent. Steve (the Prof) did a Raku demonstration for us. It's a Japanese way of firing pots, and it was amazing. I can't wait till we get to do it. Except it entitles that I actually make stuff, which I'm kind of clay-ed out for the moment.
I have a couple applications I have to fill out: 1. Study Abroad for Spring Semester 2007 in Granada. 2. Job Application for VPLU- contacting prospective students, during Spring Semester. 3. Scholarship forms.
Blegh.
Oh. I think I'm going to Victoria, Canada the last weekend in January for Bonspiel, which is a Circle K thing-a-ma-jig. It should be good times. Too bad I'm not 19.

You tell me I get the car.
Then you tell me I don't get the car.
I get the car? WTF?
Make up your minds. It's ridiculous that he is even considered to be able to drive it over me, when I've had my license two more years than him. All of a sudden it's an inconvenience that I get to drive the car that I've driven for the past two years? I'm only here for 2 fucking weeks, and he gets it 9 months out of the year.
But it's Christmas, so this is me forgetting about it, because hey- they're letting me drive it today anyway. So, all is good in the land of cold and minimal snow. ( But at least it's pretty!(pics!) )

Home sweet home.
Got in last night around 6. It's good to be home. I love my bed. I love my house. I love Palmer (even if it looks like shit right now- damn melting snow and wind. It was 44 degrees today).
I went to Tyson's hockey game today. They won 16-0. Sweet. Saw a lot of highschoolers today. makes me wonder.
Oh. and I watched some Degrassi. hahaha. I'm a sucker for teenage soaps.

It was snowing.
Lisa let us have a break during her class, so we went outside and made snow angels, threw snowballs, and had a good ol' time.
Well, as good of a time you can have with 1/2 an inch of snow.

turkey.day.
Thanksgiving was pretty swell. Tyson, Dad, and I went out to the Knik River and went snowmachining. It was pretty much blizzardy. But not really. But there was tons of snow. And it was cold. But. oh. so. much. fun.
Dinner was at Uncle Scott and Aunt Anna's. They deepfried a turkey. Or something like that. But it was so good. Like, better than good.
And we watched The Polar Express. Good movie?
Today.day.
We went into Anchorage and saw Harry Potter 4: Goblet of Fire. And it was grand. It followed the storyline very very loosely, but it was still entertaining. I liked it. Thumbs up.
Also went shopping and got some new clothes. Yay for Day-After-Thanksgiving madness!
Dinner @ Sullivans: Orgasmically delicious.
